After long brake I did'nt like the game, I am back

  After more than a year I did'nt like the game anymore, I thought to make a come back. So took my old team, and invest in 3 young guys Looze, Pandev and Foley. They will book good classifications in the future. Jan Goessens became the first time in Top form and brought in lots of money, to built up the young riders. He is still good enough for my team the next 1 or 2 year. I never got a rider on retirement, so I dont have the experience with loosing a good rider, who is old. If I don't sell Goessens for a good price I will be proud on him as veteran captain of my team.

  Retirement does not exist anymore, the performance of riders just decrease after 28 until they become soo useless, you sell them ;)
